The sources of vitamin D.
Vitamin D have two main sources in human body. One is vitamin D precursor converted to active vitamin D in human skin with ultraviolet radiation by sunbathe. Another is food intake. Animal foods like fish and liver contain vitamin D3. Plant foods contain vitamin D2. D3 and D2 both of them referred to as vitamin D.
